The History of Furry, Inc.

Furry, Inc. "The Machine Shop", started about 45 years ago in the basement of a house on Harmon Street in Danville, Illinois. Since that time we have continued to grow, moving here and there, until 1968 when we decided to build at our present location on East Voorhees Street. Establishing customer loyalty through hard work, we have continued to grow, thus having to build additions to the existing structure in 1970 and again in 1972. In 1997 we added another building which houses most of our sheet metal equipment. The additions and new building gives us about 55,000 square feet of working space.

Our goal at Furry, Inc., is to sustain an environment that provides opportunities for our family, friends, and customers, while continuing to be a staple in our community by stressing high quality and service for our customers.
